Hello everyone — happy Wednesday! I hope this finds you rested and ready to take on the rest of the week. Wednesday Wisdom: Build a “5-Minute Reset” into your study routinesBy late September, many students have pushed through the adjustment phase and are now settling into a rhythm. One thing I recommend is carving out a 5-minute reset every 60–90 minutes of study or class work. Use that break to stretch, breathe, or simply look away from your screen. Why it works: your brain’s focus capacity is limited. Short resets help refresh attention and reduce fatigue. 👉 I wrote more about pacing your study time here:
