Resources

This week, I want to share a fantastic resource for families and students navigating ADHD!

I recently met Amy Jones, who helps ADHD teens, adults, and families rebuild rhythm and capacity through functional nutrition and body-based ADHD life coaching. Amy combines nutrition science with lived experience to support neurodivergent communities, helping them thrive academically, personally, and professionally.

Her MindFuel Method™ was built from her own experience bridging the gap between conventional coaching or therapy and the unique needs of ADHD brains. Amy found that traditional tools and nutrition protocols often didn’t stick because her body and brain needed habits designed specifically for ADHD. The MindFuel Method™ helps individuals sustain routines, nutrition, and life skills that actually work for them.

Wednesday Wisdom One of the most important (and least taught) university skills is self-advocacy—knowing what you need in order to learn well, and being able to communicate that clearly. This becomes important when you're trying to set up your ideal learning environment. Many students assume that struggling in a lecture hall, study space, or group project means they’re “not cut out” for university. In reality, the issue is often the environment, not the student.
